Seasonal daily menus are created by our internationally trained chefs in the villa’s own commercial kitchen. All fresh produce and supplies come from Bali or Lombok and are organically sourced wherever possible, with many of the herbs and vegetables grown in our very own garden.


An a la carte lunch menu is available, or enjoy pizza and salad at our beachside berugak and bar, located in the shade of the coconut trees – it is the perfect spot to sit and relax, play a game of boules in the sand, or just enjoy a drink at the bar.
Dinner at Selalu is always an indulgent and transcendental experience. Whether you choose to satiate your appetite overlooking the vast escarpment below, by the pool under the stars, or on the villa rooftop, the memories created will be unforgettable. 

A variety of Set Dinner Menus will be provided for you to choose from prior to your arrival – from western and European cuisines to Asian feasts, full of flavour, colour and spice. Special dietary needs can be catered for and alternative menus provided. Set menus are charged per person.
A separate well-appointed guest kitchen is located in the open living area of the villa where coffee, drinks and light meals can also be prepared.
