Dining at Villa Selalu is always a special occasion. There is a fully equipped commercial kitchen plus a well-appointed guest kitchen.


  • Our internationally trained chefs will create menus ranging from a variety of western cuisines through to Asian feasts, full of flavour, colour and spice
  • Being situated on a remote tropical island requires a little forward planning for dining, therefor we offer guests a selection of seasonal set menus for lunch and dinner to choose from prior to their stay. An all-day a la carte menu is also available
  • Set menus are charged on a per person basis
  • Our chefs can also cater for specific dietary requirements – delicious gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options are available
  • Much of our produce is organic and locally sourced, including fresh herbs and vegetables from Villa Selalu’s very open garden
  • Snacks and treats are available any time


A full complimentary breakfast is provided including:

  • Tropical fresh fruit
  • Freshly squeezed juices
  • Eggs (scrambled, poached or fried) served with bacon or sausages, spinach, tomato & mushrooms or as an Indonesian omelette
  • Healthy homemade muesli
  • Natural yoghurt & delicious local honey
  • Freshly baked bread and croissants
  • Espresso coffee and a selection of teas


  • A comprehensive range of alcohol and beverages are available and specific items can be stocked upon request. All are charged on consumption


  • Located beachside on the estate, guests can charge items from the beach box cafe menu to their Villa Selalu account to be settled at the end of their stay
